GRADING AND FILL DIRT

Grading and leveling happen once the property is clear. This involves building up the area with fill dirt or dirt that has been excavated from higher sections of the land being graded.

The grading is done by using a scraper or bulldozer this would also be followed up a precise grader to make sure it done to the desired leveling.
